Where are you located?

Our boutique services are available exclusively in Sydney’s Northern Beaches and the Gold Coast.

Are your team members vetted?

With a hand-selected team of world-class professionals, we take your pet’s safety and security seriously. Our staff are carefully selected and fully vetted before they come onboard – we’ve checked their references, they hold current Police Checks, and they’ve completed a pet first-aid course as a minimum requirement.
Our team members are part of the Barc family and most have been with us for a number of years.

How do I book your services?

To book, please follow these steps:
1. Reach out to us here to discuss your requirements.
2. Once suitability has been confirmed, we’ll book in a behavioural assessment for your dog. From there, you’re free to book in your pooch all year round, and when it suits you.

How much does it cost?

Because your dog is unique, our pricing is individual and based on their specific needs and requirements.

How do I pay for your services?

For our weekly day care services, we use a direct debit system.
Our overnight services are paid in full at the time of booking. We accept all credit cards, EFT, cash, Union Pay and Diners.

Do you offer pick up and drop off?

Yes, all of our services include pickup and drop off to your door. Pending prior arrangement, we don’t require you to be at the property.

Will my dog be secured in the car?

Our concierge staff take your dog’s safety seriously. All dogs are secured using seat belts and/or travel in crates.

How will I know that my pet is happy?

Your dog’s wellbeing is of the utmost importance to us. That’s why you’ll have direct contact with the team member who’s caring for your pooch each day. You’re free to call or text them at any time during business hours.
We also update our social media with regular photos and videos, so make sure you keep an eye out!

How many dogs go to the farm each day?

We take small groups of dogs to the farm each day, with a maximum of 10 dogs per group.

How long is the farm experience?

Our farm and outdoor doggie day care experiences are for approximately six hours daily.

Do you do one-on-one walks?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer one-on-one walks. However, we’d be happy to refer you to our friends who do.

How many dogs do you take overnight?

Unlike traditional boarding, our overnight stays are a highly personalised experience tailored to your and your dog’s needs. We take a maximum of three dogs per night in our team members’ family homes – no kennels here!

Where will my dog sleep?

All dogs in our care sleep inside, as part of the family. For safety and security reasons, we do not accommodate outdoor sleeping arrangements.

Do you offer overnight and holiday stays that require 24/7 care?

Generally, we do not offer 24/7 care as we’d always recommend in-home pet sitting if your dog is unable to be left alone or suffers from separation anxiety. Please reach out to us here.

Do you offer house-sitting services that require 24/7 care?

Yes, we do. However, our normal pricing guide would not apply in these instances. We’ll include a formal quotation in your dog’s behavioural assessment.

Can my dog come for a sleepover if we don’t use your day care services?

Generally, our overnight stays are offered only to regular Barc members, but please reach out to us to discuss your circumstances.
