EnquireExtra care, whenever you need it
Your program always applies. These are for the weeks your dog needs a little more, booked at your member rate.
Additional adventure daycare
Extra days out beyond your weekly set, on the same beaches and bush trails with matched pup pals. Contactless pick-up and drop-off, with photos and a health check before home.
Additional overnight care
Extra nights in a team member’s family home, with walks and routine kept exactly as your dog knows them, and updates throughout the stay.
House-sitting
A carefully matched team member stays in your home and keeps your dog’s routine intact, and you’ll meet and approve your sitter beforehand. Long-term stays available, and we’ll check the mail and water the garden too.
Dog walking
A dedicated hour of exercise, sniffing and enrichment around your neighbourhood, as a one-off or a recurring slot. Contactless from your door, with a photo update after every walk.
House visits & calls
We come to your home to feed, refresh water, and spend time with your pets. Ideal for cats, and for senior or independent dogs.
Bath & blow-dry
A warm bath and full blow-dry at one flat rate, whatever their size or coat. Add it to an adventure or overnight day, or book it on its own.

Frequently asked
QWhere are you located?
We’re not a facility. Our care happens out in the world and in real homes. Daycare and walks run outdoors across the Northern Beaches, at daily meet-up spots coordinated by our team. Overnight stays take place in our team members’ own family homes, and in-home care happens in yours.
QWhat are your service hours?
Daycare, dog walking and in-home visits run Monday to Friday. Overnight care is available every day of the year, 365 days a year.
QHow many dogs do you take each day?
We’re a deliberately boutique business. Outdoor daycare and walks run at four dogs per team member, overnight care at two to four dogs per team member, and house-sitting is one-on-one in your own home.
QHow do you match dogs together?
We get to know each dog first (their temperament, energy and the company they enjoy) and build our packs around that. The right dogs, in the right numbers, for the right kind of day.
QWhat happens if my dog doesn’t settle with the others on the day?
It’s rare, because of the groundwork we do first. Every dog goes through a full onboarding process, with behavioural assessments over the phone and in person, before they join our pack. Our long-term pack members are well seasoned at meeting new dogs the right way, and our team manages one-on-one introductions for every dog on their first day.
QDo you take casual bookings, or only set programs?
We work with families on an ongoing basis rather than one-off bookings. Caring for a dog properly means truly knowing them, and that comes from seeing them regularly over time, so every family joins on a long-term plan built around their dog.
QWhat overnight care do you offer?
Home-style overnight care, all year round, in one of our team members’ own family homes. For families who travel often, we offer packages from 30 to 120 nights a year, with custom plans for anything more. When you’d prefer your dog to stay in their own environment, we also house-sit in yours.
QWhere do the dogs sleep?
For overnight minding, your dog sleeps inside with us as one of the family, free to settle wherever they’re most comfortable. We keep plenty of beds, lounges and crates on hand for every dog in our care. For house-sitting, we keep to your dog’s usual sleeping routine, just as if you were home.
QWhat do the dogs eat?
Whatever they eat at home. We keep every dog’s diet exactly as it is in their own household (the same food, the same amounts, at the same times) so nothing about their routine has to change. Medication is given precisely as directed, every time.
QHow do I get started?
It starts with a complimentary needs assessment, a relaxed conversation about your dog and what you’re looking for. From there we build a care plan to suit them and send through a proposal by email, so you can decide in your own time.
